After about a month of my Eclipse just sitting in the driveway, I am now in this predicement. While taking the oil return line off, I managed to break BOTH of the bolts off that hold the oil return line on. I was able to drill and tap one of the holes while under the car, but now that the other one broke off I couldn't get to it so I just took the whole turbo out. My question is, how do I go about getting the second bolt drilled out?? I can't exactly get the grinder to the bolt yet, there is too much stuff in the way. Can I take this apart easally? I'm not THAT expeareanced with cars, this is the biggest thing I have done to my car. Any thoughts and help is appreciated!!

You should be able to see where I drilled out the first one and then you can see where the new bolt is broke off at. So now I ask those that are a little more knowledgable of the inside of a turbocharger for a little help. And remember, I am not looking to have to have it rebalanced or anything, just a quick dissasemble so I can get the screw grounded down. Thanks again!

First, take out the pin that holds on the wastegate actuator arm on and slide it off. Next remove that v-band clamp so you can remove the turbine housing. You should be able to get your grinder down far enough with the turbine housing removed. But be careful not to damage the turbine wheel while it's exposed. I recommend try to extract it without grinding it down ot taking anything apart. Try using an easy out first. It will be easier than drilling that bolt out and tapping it.
