Bogging just before boost

Ok folks, here's the story..I have a 1997 GSX and I am new to the DSM world. This is my first turbo. Now the problem..Car has a slight miss at idle. When taking off if sputters and putts about until the turbo kicks in or WOT. Then it just takes off!

I have a slight feeling this may be boost leak but if anyone else has had a similar problem, please inform me..Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Here is my list of mods..it's short

NGR bov
Injen intake
Greddy hard piping
New NGK plugs and wires

Check vaccum leaks and grounds i had a 92 tsi that in wot would seem like it was cutting out cleaned grounds went away but check for leaks also (vaccum &boost)

Once again..I am new at all this. What is "LOG?" I do not have and fancy ECU or anything to go about

Do not worry about the LOG portion. You just need to do the test in numbers 1-9 of the article to rule out normal problems that cause the issues you are having. This will also help you get familiar with the car and its condition. If you have questions about a particular task please search and if you are still unsure, ask here.
