Bogging out/sputters before 3k rpms

I have a 95 Talon TSI AWD, 5 speed manual and it recently started bogging out. Like I'll get on the gas and it bogs and sputters, then when I finally hit 3k the turbo kicks and boom I'm gone. I've noticed it mainly happens in 1st and 2nd gear. It almost sounds like a fouling plug or lack of gas, I checked my plugs which seem fine, I'm thinking I need a fuel filter or I need to clean my injectors. I'm not exactly sure what it is... but it makes the car almost undriveable and I really need to fix it.

Check the whole fuel system. Do you have an AFPR? Put some injector cleaner in there and I would say change the filter. Boost leaks could cause a problem too.
