sputters at 3k rpm @ 10psi??????

Well yeah my car has been sputter for the past week an a half, only in accelation. The sputter starts at 10psi, 3k rpms, about 30-40mph. It haven't change my fuel filter once, and it's been about 10k miles since i got new wires and plugs. So i don't know what it could be, but once i hit 10psi it starts then after about 3 seconds it shoots for 15psi and back down to 10psi. So can anyone help me out here. Thankz
