Bodykit compatibility?

Hi guys, I'm new here and was looking to buy Veilside's "ECLIPSE D38A SPYDER EC-Ⅰ MODEL" bodykit. But, I'm concerned about the note at the bottom which roughly translates to "Compatible with 95.6 or later. Convertible only D32A cannot be installed". I have a 1999 Mitsubishi Eclipse RS, which I'm pretty sure is a D32A, and so now I'm just curious as to why it wouldn't be installable, if anybody here knows.

I dont know the answer to the fitment question, but..
