I bought a 99' 2g Eclipse gst It has a molded body kit and I want to take it off. How much trouble will it be to take it off?

It will likely be a pain and ruin whatever body panels it has been molded to. You most likely will need a paint job and body work to get it looking stock again.

If by molded you mean it's glued on with ten buckets of bondo, then it's going to be lots of trouble to take off.

You may find screw holes and all sorts of junk in there.
