So I contacted the owner of this car who is from Poland at a Facebook group called “LuckyMotion” via PM and after struggling through Google translate, found out this is a rocket bunny kit for an s13 200sx. Thoughts on tailoring/retrofitting one to a 1g 92 talon tsi?

It depends on how bad you want to do it but it will be lots of work to do it right, even then most enthusiasts wont like a body kit on these cars and especially in this year and time, body kits are very much a 90's early 2000's era modification.

Anything is possible. Im assuming you arent familiar with bodywork, or you would realize just how much work it would be to make that fit with your car. Being a body guy, i appreciate the amount of work that went into that car. The question is, is the amount of work and money worth it to you. Im sure that kit alone is $2k plus, and unless you can do the work yourself, it would cost thousands of dollars to have it modified and fitted. Then thousands more to have the car painted

i'm not by any means an expert but i absolutely know the process of applying a body kit, even one such as the rocket bunny pictured above which requires cutting the fenders. The most difficult part of the process was likely cutting out the slit for the headlight then molding the newly-cut section closed to make it look uniform. I plan on doing this eventually but it's not in my budget atm. Just throwing it out there for any other 90's jdm body kit enthusiasts.
