Talon body kit???

Will a body kit for the same year mitsubish eclipse fit on a talon??? Thinking about the blitz kit. Its easy to find and one of the cheaper ones on Ebay .

The 95-96 kits can go either way, but you will need to buy 97+ eclipse headlights to fit a talon with a body kit made for a 97+ eclipse.

Well thanks guys. Except for the eclipse conversion kit thing. Why would i want to make my talon look like an eclipse. I already have the better looking car. No offense at all. BUt the Talon looks way better then the eclipse. As far as the blitz being ### well around here peoples mouths would drool so i don't care and its nice for the buck. I figured the 95's kit for the eclipse would fit the talon but thanks i wasn't exactly sure.

the only kit specifically for a talon is made by andys auto sports. And its pretty ugly. If you get any kit yout gonna have to get eclipse tailights and if you get a 95-96 you will keep your hradlights other wise you will have to get the 97+ headlights.....and blitz is ### either way you look at it

Alright so ya'll think the blitz is ugly. So how about the agressor kit? I have a crack in my rear bumper and a small crack in the front thats why i'm asking really.Neither are noticeable unless you go crawling on your hands and knees though.

Im gonna be real honest with you. Look around at like the dora front end....100 buxs on import fan, and some of the less aggressive kits. Believe me if you get a clean kit without all the crazy stuff you will get recognized ALOT more. Since ive done my talon conversion i have gotten SOOOO many compiments from everyone from old people(70+) to younger people. Everyone loves a clean looking car!!!
But its your choice...check out import fan and other places and put together a list of things you like, post it and well be glad to help ya pic something out...

Thanks man I'll definately check it out. And thanks for being honest too I don't think I'd get to many complaints around here. Its a small town and i know another guy who has a car like mine with a body kit. He does fine. However I do like the look of the natural car myself just wondering what to do about the cracks and such. Seemed to be easier to get a body kit then go find a stock one in good shape. Also off subject a little are carbon fiber hoods made out to be more then they are also???

dudce i got my back bumper for 100 bucs and fornt for 250....the front had some cracks in it and after repair and paint on both it ended up at like 600 total
its beter to repair yours than to try and put a kit on to be cool. and you gotta realize...you might not be in the small town forever...Mod it right or mod it twice!!!

And carbon fiber hoods are wayyy lighter and look better. Other than that really no function

hmm i have a 97 talon and i bought a full invader body kit for $350 from dsmtrader.com ... im in the process of molding in the rear sideskirts so i dont have to scrap my talon tails... i like my tails.

i went to a shop and they quoted me at $700+ on the fitting and molding job... i said get the hell outta here, and went home and did it all myself in my garage. im more of a DIY guy, i like to look at my car when im done and say... DAMN i did that myself

its not hard fitting a body kit but i believe anyone can do it with enough patience.

Sorry no on the selling the back bumper. The car was originally in a rear end crash. Not sure on the details but they figured no one would see it so they didn't do the greatest job fixing it all up. The bumpers ok but I'm sure if i get into taking it off I'll find more problems. Doesn't affect the car any though.

I have to agree, every since F&F the front blitz bumper has been sadly played out! It actually proves that you have a lack of creativity!

hmmm I think your right...I didnt notice the dates till now.
Oh well I was researching it anyways. Just trying to help noob's like me!
I was gonna be getting a kit and paint, but then my wonderful t-to-slow (25) blew to hell So I went with a new turbo and fuel upgrades
hey if you like to rock it stock thats cool for you, and I respect that. I like a body kit to give my ride some extra eye candy!

on the rear you would have to do a lot of work to get the talon tail lights to work with the rear blitz. Actually i have done this conversion, here is a picture at one point in the process of converting the bumper. PM me if you would like information on how to do this conversion.
