Anyone know where I can find a good working T25 with no shaft play really really cheap?

Just keep checking the marketplace. I got mine with a stock o2 housing for $55 shipped.

I've been checking my local junkyards and nothing there
I have seen some in the marketplace, but they seem like they are exspensive .

The best thing to do would be posting a wtb ad.

I can't remember how many posts are required to post in the marketplace, but I don't believe you have enough quite yet. Get active, contribute some good information, and get that post count up.
