It says that is adjustable. it has a nut on top I guess that looses and tightens the spring. But what do I adjust with that? and how do I controll my BOV to keep the desired boost. In my case i'm keep it at 6.

if you know something please help me out

I know but what I don't understand is what am I adjusting by doing that. What am I changing by turning that???

your changing the stiffness of the spring..

the tighter you have it the harder it will be to open..this prevents the BOV from leaking in higher boost applications..

for lower boost you wont want it to be very tight because it wont be able to open fast enough or at all this will cause compressor surge which can result in turbo damage.
