I would strip the interior as completely as you dare,, and clean it out using a shop vac, and heavy duty bug spray. As for the rest,, if its driven regularly, then the spiders will all be killed or leave on their own eventually. The interior is where they will stay unless you take them out yourself. I dont envy your situation.

Put on a hazmat suit and drive the car north and freze them. Then bundel up and clean out yourcar. Then hit them with fire!! Spiders I can handle, but snakes hate them.

Im not really that afraid of the spiders, but widows, recluses, and tarantulas freak me the hell out.

Yea I would never mess with that stuff. My friend was working in a barn once and got bit by two of them. He went to the hospital right away and he was fine but stuff like that call a professional and have them do it. At least they have a shit ton of protective gear (assuming) and could check it all out before you go back into it.
