black and white smoke form the exhaust

when i step on it in first black or white smokes come from my exhaust is it bad or good or what is it cause fromed.

Sure you can fix it. However you have to find the problem first. It could be a leaking head gasket or your block could be cracked. If the block is cracked forget about it. That is most likely not the issue as the iron blocks are pretty stout. Most likely antifreeze is getting into your cylinders from a messed up head gasket. Just like mine yeah were like brothers . Anywho thats is most likely the issue. If your not into cars that much have a mechanic look at it. He'll be able to tell you if it is the gasket. If your car savy do a leakdown test to see if your car can hold compression thats a good way to tell if its the head gasket. other then that the best way is a visual inspection however you can guess all the work thats in that just to look at it .
