I have a 98 GSX and just wondering what are the biggest injectors and fuel pump i can go with without fuel management?

What PSI will the stock injectors max out with then? Can I bump up to 18 psi or so? I'm also running a evo3 b16g, stock exhaust, etc...

I would recommend running on stock boost until you get some sort of logger, fuel controller, some 660's, 190 fuel pump, and a turboback exhaust.

18 psi would be way too much for stock injectors. 15psi Max I would say, but like mentioned you can't tell un less you have some form of logging device. It probably wasn't the best move to just throw on a bigger turbo like you did, but that is not my decision to make. I recommend for you to read the upgrade paths in the tech/diy at the top left corner. Also your not gonna get hardly anything from that turbo with a stock exhaust, not to mention no fuel upgrades/tuning devices. You could end up seriously hurting something.

Most you can run without fuel management:
190 LPH Fuel Pump
Stock 450 cc Injectors

Most boost you can run with stock injectors:
14-15 PSI

If you wanna go to anything more than that, you'll need to be tuning. And going with a larger fuel pump than the 190 will require a fuel pressure regulator.

Ok thanks. I don't know if I want to spend all that money on upgrades yet, I was hoping to maybe just bump up the injectors and fuel pump and run a few more PSI.

Very true, however the stock turbo took a shit shortly after buying the car and I bought this as a future purchase, rather than buying a stock turbo and later upgrading the turbo, spending yet more money.

Whats the best tuning device for the money? The cheapest? I realize that the turbo needs to breathe, and that larger exhaust would give it some breathing room, just haven't had it top priority as of late.

Get yourself a S-AFC if you're wanting to tweak the fuel. It'll run you about $300-350. And you're gonna want to put a decent exhaust on your priority list, especially with that turbo of yours.
