Big Problems Guys need help

Waasup guys I have a Big problem. Car was running fine went around the car and was cruising like 15 or 20 mph pull up to stop light and cars just dies out no snap sound or anything just dies. I hear the stater engine but thats it. It just whines. tow it t my house which is like 3mins down the block and take the top timing belt cover off an i see three teeth missing off the belt. So i try to carnk the car and watch to see if the belt moves and it doesn't. Put a rachet on the crank pulley and turn it by hand like 6 times and the crank turns just fine but cams don't move. I looked again at the cam gears and thier lined up at TDC. My question is do u think i bent valves or not and what could the problem be becausei replace the water pump two week go and the car ran like a champ. check the belt and it looked new. didn't replace the auto tensioner maybe that is where I f!#$ up and help would be apreciated guys.

-Bended 12 valves when my TSI's timing belt strip, do a leak down test to confirm it, beside the hydrolic tensioner, oil and/or coolant leak on to the belt can also cause the teeth to strip off.
