big exhaust out passenger side

I have only seen 1 picture of a person putting the exhaust through the passenger side vs the drivers side.

the turbo I have wont fit very well with the exhaust facing the drivers side so I want to put it through the passenger side. But im worried about the radiator hose. I dont want it to burn up.

ANy suggestions???

Maybe try to route the exhaust from the o2 housing down and out behind the passenger side front tire.

well I kinda want it to be street friendly cause I dont like getting pulled over all the time

this is the one car I have seen where the exhaust is going the other way.

By looking at your profile, your set up looks pretty normal, what turbo are you bolting on that the exhaust will exit to the passenger side like the one in the pics? And how is running the exhaust behind the tire any less "street friendly" than having come out the front bumper?

I actually dont want it going out of the front bumper...That was just the only picture that I could find of someone having the exhaust in the other direction. I want it going out the back like a stock exhaust ya know.

(by the way anyone wondering I am going to be upgrading my fuel pump to a 255 with an fpr)

ill be running an he351cw holset with 9cm housing.

There is really no point in going towards the passenger side, the oilpan and undertray is designed to have the exhaust go towards the drivers side. What exactly are you worried about hitting? You can always move the alternator or get a forward facing filter housing.

well i have removed my power steering and I have relocated my alternator to the back of the block and I bought a oil filter relocation kit. Im not really worried about the room anymore I mainly asked the question because I didnt want to have to get the manifold remilled because i didnt know how hard it was going to be to get it to fit right like that.

I figured if I did it in reverse there would be some room to play around with. but I do understand what your saying about running it in the stock location

Sounds like this turbo may be more trouble than it's worth. Did you get a killer deal on it or something?

Yeah i got it for a pretty good price. It has a fast spool and its a decent turbo. ill ###### end up paying someone to make a modified adapter for the manifold. with all the room i have now because of the oil filter relocation and alternator relocation I dont think the downpipe will be too much of a problem
