I know the EVO III 16g is better than the T28 but what about the big 16g? Can it produce more hp and better top end then the T28? Which turbo is a better choice?

Well an actual t28 isn't much larger than a t25, so a b16g will be a much better upgrade. The fp big28 flows just slightly less than a big16g(don't know the actual cfm numbers but I think its 550cfm for a big16g and about 500 for the big28). Both turbos have a good amount of potentail which one you use really just depends on how much trouble you want to go through installing it. The big28 will be a bolt on affair, where you won't have to change everything just unbolt everything from the t25 and put it onto the big28. The 16g will need a j-pipe, new lower intercool pipe, new oil lines. They make the 2g install kit for the 16g so its really easy to install that now aswell but brings the cost of the turbo up. The one thing that made me choose the big28 over the 16g is that the big28 looks like the t25 so when I got pulled over they cops wouldn't harrass me about it.
