Big 16g question

Okay...so...I just bought a 16g off of an evo 7 I believe? Anyway it's got the dual ported flange so I have to either get an adaptor or buy an evo manifold. But my question is, what what I'm showing the pic? Connects to the down pipe right? If so is it going to fit my stock 2g eclipse exhuast system?? Sorry for being a noob

Quick summary....the fans will have to go, the rad will have to go. The downpipe will have to be about 2 feet longer to get anywhere near the outlet of the o2 housing.
