Best 3 inch exuast setup

I am running a ported 14b and will be for awhile. I want to run a full 3 inch if possible. What o2 housing shuld I run? I dont want it to be too loud but want max flow. What would you do? I can weld, I dont have a bender though. Can I run like a 3 chamber magnalow or borla muffler? Any buildup Ideas?

I have a megan racing full setup. I have an ebay o2 dump, megan racing dp, no cat, and 3inch megan racing piping and muffler. If i had another choice. Id get the thermal r and d exhaust. They sound real nice. My exhaust is kinda loud but doesnt get real loud until i get on it. But i like it overall. Sounds good.

Thermal R&D sounds amazing. My 3" turbo back works just as well and still sounds pretty good too though.

my freind here in WA runs a custom 3" turbo back with a 3" cat and no muffler, its surprisingly quiet, he payed less than 450 and hes had it for 4 years, no rust issues, and its not dry here alot. i plan on going this route, but i may swap the cat for a muffler or resonator, im a MT resident so no emissions.

Oh ok yea I need my system to be all PA emission legal.

We only have a visual test for pre-OBD2. You can put a cat on there that is hollowed out, and they can't do anything about it.
