Uh we could use quite a bit more detail about when its doing this, how often, only on cold start etc.... so it could be any of the drive belts. This does not include the timing belt, so here is what I would do, check all the belts for the alternator, water pump etc... for damage. Then get some belt dressing and use it on them, and then check all the belts to make sure they are tensioned properly.

It's most likely the alternator/water pump belt. Check to see how much play it has in it. It should only have about and inch of play. If it has more tighten it up and see if that solves your problem.

Also check to make sure it isn't dried/cracked, or misalligned (you would see it fraying or missing a rib if it's a serpentine belt).

A good trick to diagnose what belt is making the noise is get a can of some type of spray lube, like WD-40. Put the little red hose in the can, start the car and spray a SMALL DROP, like as fast as you can hit it on/off, onto each belt. When you get to the correct belt the noise should stop instantly, and it will probably come back rather quickly also.
