Belt question? Tensior Pulley locking up

I had it put on a sun machine and told everything wrong with my car.

Well when my cars engine is cold the belt will squeal if i turn the wheel just and inch. but the hotter it gets the more i can turn my wheel without the belt squealing.

Is this a common problem and for sure what is wrong? It is the top pulley that locks up and makes the belt squeal. But that is the power steering pulley correct? I was told it was the Belt Tensioner pulley that was making it squeal.

Oh yes and this all started a few weeks after i put my UDP on the car. Now it is getting out of control. I can not even turn my wheel anymore unless the car is rolling. Or the belt will squeal.

i saw this on T.V. if you install under drive pulleys there smaller so that means it takes more power to turn them. I think you got a too small of a size of pulleys put back your old ones and try selling the other ones.

can't do that! just need a fix for the problem.

it's the top pulley for sure locking up! i can see it stop turning right when the squealing starts
