Top pulley locking... making belt squeel

420a motor.

what could be making the top pulley lock up and the belt squell

when it does this my steering locks completely up and i can only turn if i put ALOT of muscle into it...


wtf is this?

oh yes one of those hoses gets tense and lets go whenever it squeels

The belt runs your power steering oil pump and if you have A/C it also runs the A/C compressor and tension pulley. One of those is locking up.

yes the very top one... dont know which it is..

but that one is locking up
