Being to hate my car wont really start

So here is the deal, my car has been sitting for a quit a while because I needed to put in a new wheel hub assembly. After I finally got that in I went to turn it over and it just did not see to want to go. Kill my battery all together so after hooking up jumper cables and cranking it for 3 mins it finally turned over and just bogged to it died. It did that for another min before I could give it. After i reved it for like 3 mins i could finally let off the gas without it dying. Then as long as I do not let it sit for a while it will start fine everytime. But then I go to bed and come back out same deal next day. Also not sure if this is a related issue but I also notice with full boost I am now lossing power feels like the fuel cuts out for a split second while I am full boost causing a kinda of jerky acceleration. But for my dd just cruising around I notice nothing. Anyone have any idea about this? Another thing is I was gonna replace the fuel filter but I am being told that I would need to drop the gas tank to do so...? Any tips would be great seeing that I need to wake up 15 mins earlier before work and hope my car will turn over today and I make it in LOL.
 
How long did you let your car run after jumping the car? You might want to let it run for more than 15 minutes to get the battery charged back up or take your battery and go to a parts store to load test the battery. The misfiring could be because it doesn't have enough voltage. The fuel filter is located in the engine bay, you don't have to remove the gas tank. The one in the gas tank is a fuel pump strainer (another type of filter), but not the usual filter that is changed for maintenance. Hopefully that helps.
 
Ok, today it was warmer out. 50 degrees instead of the usual 30. The car started better. Only had to turn it over twice and it fired up. After about 2 minutes of running it started surging. Wanted to die, rpms increased. After about 30 sec of that it ran fine. It warmed up quick. Could it be something with the switching of closed loop to open loop? I pulled the connectors off both of the coolant sensors on the thermo housing, nothing happened.

Theres no cel, even with the connectors off. The battery is new. Why no engine light?

I only hear the fuel pump come on when I start the car, not when I turn it to on like most cars. Is this normal?
 
Ohms on the coolant sensor warm are 191. Should be 280-350? No cel though...wth. Going down to the store to pick one up.
 
Might sound stupid...but check to see if your MAS is plugged in. Sounds almost exactly like what happens when its not plugged in.
 
Check for boost leaks too, that may be why it runs really funky after you finally get it started, boost leaks won't show a cel either. And for your first post, sounds like your hitting fuel cut, though you have sufficient fuel mods.
 
well I just got a new battery not too long ago at all, and I still run my car after I get it started so it could not be the gas. I will check the maf to see but I looked over the car and it seemed everything was plugged in. I ordered the new coolant sensor so I will get that 2morrow will keep people updated.

Yeah thanks for nothing johnny.... yeah my title is slightly off was in a hurry to leave. You have a she breathing down your neck to get goin and see if you mis spell anything. But ty for the no advice comment. Really did me a lot of good... some people.
