been sitting for nine years

I just bought a 1g awd but it has this weird problem.Its been sitting for nine years , but I got it to start and run fine.Problem is While its running I can put it in any gear and take my foot off the clutch and I get nothing.Clutch problems?

One more thing.Now that everything is back together the transfer case is leaking but form the middle of the case where one of the mounting bolts runs through it. Does anyone know what could cause that as I didn't know there was a seal there.Also can the waterpipe be removed without taking off the turbo.
