Battery light at high rpm's. conv. top and power windows no power.

98 Eclipse Spyder GS
So I am in the process of putting my spyder back together with hopes of selling it. Everything worked fine when I parked it last summer.
Issues:
No power to convertible top.
No power windows/locks
Tach lights work fine
****When I rev the motor high, parked idling, the battery light comes on....could this be a result of a bad alternator. (alothough the alternator tested good at Autozone, I know they can test good and still be bad)
No blown fuses, nothing disconeccted.

Please help ASAP potential buyer coming tomorrow and I need to fix this ASAP.

Problem solve. Alternator was bad.

When i replaced my head i accidentley spilled power steering fluid all over alternator and my car would idle rough and i would have tot push start it turned out it uruined my alternator.
