i was just wondering what is the best fuel presure for my set up? i have

660cc injectors
wally hp 255
re wire kit
aem fuel rail
aeromotive fuel presure regulator
afc and translator

i was told that 37 is a good presure and i was also told that 43 is a good presure. i wanna make like 400hp what should be better

well jeff set up my chip for 43 psi. do you know what would happen if i turned it down or is that not a good idea. like is 43 psi to much fuel presure. and is 37 to little fuel presure. thanks bro

Well I'm kinda going through the same situation right now. Jeff said my chip for 43 psi, I dropped it to 37 with NO noticeable change...BUT I'm assuming Jeff modifies fuel and or timing maps based on this fuel pressure..

I'm going to be putting it back up and try tuning for as close to what he compensated my chip for..

A logger and wideband will tell you everything on this subject.

"logger and a wideband" some of the wisest words ever spoken.. You'l be fine at 43 psi or you can run it at 37. The main thing you want to avoid is having the fuel pressure too close to or above 80 psi. 43 base pressure plus the 22 from your boost addition makes 65psi, still very safe, another 10psi on top of that and then you would need to look towards running a lower base pressure... until that i doubt you will see, feel or notice any gain in either direction by changing the base pressure. THe only thing i would use it for in your scenario at this point would be to fine tune the AFR's at WOT if you don't have any other means of tuning while you're out or just don't want to make changes to your AFC/MAP or whatever you use (didn't read your profile either but do know you have at least a chip, but not sure about other gasgets you may have)

The two main things to remember are that injectors are rated at 43psi. base pressure. And secondly, set it and tune it at one level and leave it there so your baseline is always consistent.
