Barely Boost Bucks and black smoke

my car just started not boosting badley it will but when i give it boost n when i do get boost it starts black smoke it just suddaly happened but when i reset the ecu it runs fines until 4 min later then goes back to crappy boosting could it be my plug wires or ecu or somthing else???? its 1998 eclipse gst manual stock t25

Check for boost leaks and quit resetting your ECU, it might be trying to throw a CEL so it can tell you whats wrong.

turned out to be my plug wire changed em

i was wrong again its a boost leak dont kno where jus got a boost leak tester gonna do it today before i put my 16g on today
