Banjo Fitting off front of block 7 Bolt

So i ended up snapping the Banjo Fitting off the front of the block, witch was the coolant feed? What can i do? Could i just weld it off and Can i feed from another place?

Its probably the banjo bolt itself that twisted off. That is what mine did. I just ended up drilling and tapping the broken bolt for a NPT threaded plug and running the 16g non watercooled, then went to a holset that wasn't water cooled.
 
Well i ended up welding the hole, now i need to know the best place to replace this fitting were to feed from and to return. Any Ideas?
