Dealer wouldn't do the recall. I went to Belle Tire they said they were worn and tore. They even let me see for myself. They also said my control arms were worn could this be from my ball joints being worn? If so, could I make the dealer replace them?

The dealer is entitled to replace the balljoints per the recall even if the tsb of the sealant was installed and they still went bad. Go to the dealer and talk to the service manager, this should not be a major deal for the dealer. NOW - if you have a modified suspension that is way way too low or you have clipped a curb will tokyo drifting the car then that is different. However this does not seem to be the case. Just talk to them and if they refuse call mitsu and they will give you a claim number and all else is in the dealers hands for the most part. The lower balljoints were a recall not an option, any play is out of spec and is no joke, too many accidents have been caused from this ordeal. goodluck and be safe.
