ball bearing 60trim qestions???

I am getting a 60 trim ball bearing full garret turbo this week or next and I was wondering how that would be on my setup?
MR down pipe 3" with custom catback
questioning a sbr manifold with an adapter or just going tubular
40mm wastegate
650cc or 750cc injectors what do you think is better
stock 7-bolt with a warranty :D
huge fmic 24"x12"x3" side to side with short route piping
255hp walbro pump rewired
safc
6-puck clutch

the questions are as follows:
1.) should i get a bigger downpipe because my MR downpipe looks like it merges from 2.25 to 3" to 2.5 then the cat back is 3" all the way back. o yeah no cat.
2.) go for the sbr manifold or a tubular because after the adapter plate the price of a tubular and a sbr Manifold are the same
3.)650cc or 750cc looking for 400hp without wasting excess gas and if knock will be too high i don't mind using wet injection gas is high.
4.)i know i got a 7-bolt but how would the motor act with that turbo on it (spool time, max boost, precautions i should take, things i should look for)
5.)give me some helpful hint things that will help me out or whatever
 
Are you talking evo mr downpipe? If so get a full 3" or atleast 2.5" before flex then 3" back. Id go with the sbr manifold, can't beat the reliability of cast. I don't have much experience with injectors but from what I have read you would be getting close the limit for 650s, what will be your tuning platform? Id say that would have a lot to do with it.

1) yep get a new dp that is full 3"

2) equal length tubular will be better if made right

3) 750

4) not sure about this one, but i think all you gotta worry about is that bearing (crank bearing?) someone else answer this one

5) Get a logger, make sure you get a fpr if you already dont have one

when I say mr downpipe i mean megan racing and my tuning device is a safc.
A logger does sound like a good idea but what kind would be good and affodable because im planning on getting the dsmlink at the end of the winter so im not going to be keeping it for a while.
