Having trouble gettin the back bearing out on the exhaust side balance shaft, I put the shaft in backwards and cant push it out, do i have to put in a new one to block off the oil hole? or will it be fine if i dont swap it out?

You can leave the front shaft (the one under the exhaust manifold) in the block as long as both bearings are in place. All you want to do is block the oil passages to maintain block pressure. If you want the shaft gone, you install the bearings so the oil holes don't line up. If you don't care, let the shaft block the holes and don't connect the belt to it. You also might want to shim the sprocket against the front case so it doesn't spin/vibrate with your motor.

The rear shaft is oiled through the pump so you must install the $12 Mirage shaft or hack and weld your stock one.

Yeah i have the eliminator kit... i just figured if the shaft is in there oil is coming out either way so why would it lose more pressure without a shaft in there? should it not stay the same pressure as with the shaft?

The shaft floats on a small film of oil when there is pressure. Leaving the shaft in there will hold your oil pressure just fine. I did this on a friend's car and he still gained oil pressure from the elimination.

If you just pull the shaft out and don't spin the bearings, the oil holes become basically drain holes for your oil and you loose pressure.

If you punch out the bearing for the front balance shaft and turn before sliding it back in the oil holes will not line up. You will gain more oil pressure. If you take out the shaft and leave the bearing you will only get about 5 psi of oil pressure. Way to low. I took out the balance shaft on my car and turned the bearing for the extra oil pressure, But that is just me you can do it different ways.
