Building a new motor for my car and the motor I bought has a balance shaft delete, now I heard one of two things, Taking out the shafts will INCREASE pressure WITHOUT blocking the oil passages, my teacher says that blocking the oil passages would make more sense because without the balance shaft in oil pressure will DECREASE, Im not sure whos correct....or if i should just turn the bearings around to block the oil passages...can someone point me in the right direction.

Yes flip the front BS bearings to block the oil feed ports.

When you block the ports, you will increase oil pressure, simple reason is the oil will no long flow out that way and will have to find another point to flow out from.

you can reuse the old ones if you don't mess them up too badly when you remove them.

Also, consider the oil pressure relief port modification. It will help excessive oil pressure considerably.
