*Bad Valve or NOT?* Symptoms inside...

Well it started with a misfire....i thought it would be a plug or wire
got it narrowed down to cylinder 2 so i pull the plug out it was definitly bad...detonation

put a new one in...still a misfire but not as bad :thumbdown

did a compression check on that cylinder...not holding anything...30lbs

i can here a little metal on metal tap...but it goes away sometimes...
it is not smoking at all or consuming oil so it rules out the possiblity of ring lands or pistons

i think it's a stuck or broke vavle...

please help with any ideas or suggestions about this or changing the valve would be greatly appreciated...

I'm going to start pulling the head off either tonite or tommorrow...

Well, 2 + 2 = 4 right?
no compression plus metal tapping = bent valves

now dont look at it as god damn it i have to replace the head...look at it as, yes prefect compression once again. the motor is gonan run stonger...so its a plus.

thanks...i needed a little better of an outlook on the whole thing..

any tips on taking the head off?
like special DSM tricks of the trade type stuff?
