I would say you have a leak... LOL More info would probably be good.

Okay now that there's a picture.. I'd say plug it. Looks like someone tapped your vc for some kind of a vacuum fitting of some sort and didn't actually put anything in. Plug it off and should be fine.

Turns out all the vc's have it. I was thinking and though I remembered me having the same hole but couldn't remember. Checked a pic and sure enough there was the hole. Like blinky said check for cracks, may need a new vc unless plugging the hole would keep oil in the vc enough. I can't recall what the hole is for.

I was up in the canyons, i plugged it with a piece of gum(all i had) and it stopped I think

So whats VC?

Yes, it's supposed to be there and it's supposed to be untampered with (unpluged). Take your spark plug cover off( if its still on) and you should see oil on your valve cover. See where it's coming from. As already stated, check your valve cover for cracks as they crack easy. Also the rubber seal on your oil cap could be causing it.

You are leaking oil into your spark plug well....so a seal is bad or you have a crack, and that hole is trying to help save you from trouble. Its letting the leaking oil escape there instead of down the plug well.

So you have a crack or bad gasket.

The hole is there for a purpose, and its saving your car ATM. Get this fixed soon.

I stopped driving the car immediately. Anyway after taking off the spark plug cover i found a puddle of oil -_- Guessing it came from the Oil cap. Anyway 40 bucks later, I replaced the oil cap and all the oil I lost. The previous cap doesnt even have a rubber piece -_- So hopefully its all good, Thanks guys!
