Bad MAS Sensor?

I figured out why my transmission wouldnt engage and that was because i was low on transmission fluid. But i ran into another problem now.

Okay; so i rebuilt motor and now im running into a idle problem. We got the car to sit around 900 rpms and when i drop it into reverse or drive she bogs down to nearly 400... And sometimes she cuts off and drops to 0.. She is running very rich and has hesitation when trying to accelerate and loss of power.

Compression is good. What could be causing this?

are your intercooler pipes on right, no leaks??? do a boost leak test, a leak makes our cars bog w/no power and rough idle@ 400 rpm's

o shit i forgot all about that.. im pretty sure they are though..
are there any other ideas or thoughts on this?
