bad MAF/tps/iac/ecu?

Idles like crap right at about 600rpm Press the gas and it acts like a car would if you unplug the MAF. I can floor it and the car won't get over 850rpm I turn the idle air screw wide open and nothing changes. There's no check engine light....any ideas?

And -3 pounds of vacuum at idle. It will run and drive normal if you drive it normal but if you let off the gas or dog it. Then it runs like shit

I can't drive the car anywhere to do a boost leak. It has to be a bad vacuum leak. The idle surges every 30 seconds and drops back down. And idles at -3 vacuum
