My just started doing this yesterday after some 3rd gear pulls. The weird thing is, yesterday when I was driving home like this it cleared up when I got into my neighborhood and the o2 started cycling. So I decided to test it again and built a little boost and it went back to doing the same exact thing.

Did a boost leak test. I'm good to about 17psi. I was running 19psi yesterday. So I'll have to fix that. I turned the boost down to 15.5 for now.

Take a look at the MAF Hz. They just start going AWOL. Causing the car to start adding and taking away fuel rapidly. Anybody experience this before?

Took off the MAF. Turns out somehow the center honeycomb got sucked down into the maf and was almost ripped in half. I think I'm pretty lucky.
