So i fixed a broken wire at the cas, and now it still does the same thing but without any CEL'S and ive done the check for the coil and it has continuity through it. I tried to test the power tranistor, but not sure if i getting the right readings because of maybe im bumping into other pins, but from what i know it checks out fine. How can i check for contunity from the ecu part of the harness right to the wiring to the coil or cas etc just to make sure its not shorting. This is getting very annoying already and need to find out what it is.. Plugs are wet with fuel but no spark is gettin to them.. PLEASE HELP :( Thanks

Update:

Issue has been resolved. Bryce brought me the car this weekend to fix this still occurring problem on his car. Still running on only 2 cyl's. #2 and 3 were dead. I was able to get around to looking at it tonight, Had the issue pinned down within 1/2 hour.

I kept telling him to check schematics and check wiring.
Someone at some point in the cars life had cut off the wiring end for the Coil pack connector. Then reattached it with crappy butt end connectors. Well the Yellow with black tracer wire that connects the Power Transistor to the Coils (thus to fire the one bank of coils) had pulled apart here and there was no continuity. Thus the coil pack for 2/3 was not even getting a signal to fire.

Went in and cut back the damaged wiring and installed new sections properly tonight. Car runs on all 4 cyl's now.
