General H8 ecu isc driver?

Does anyone know which ic on the 98-99 h8 ecu is the isc driver?

An ecu I have is not returning the isc to fully open but is able to close the valve down. Was hoping to replace the driver to get it working properly.

Id recomend just buying another h8 ecu, it only runs about 150 here in the classifieds, im also running the blackbox and bought another for just in case

I think its one of the transistors q103-109. Need to see if it's possible to trace to it from the ecu pins for isc.

The h8 ecu definitly doesn't have the same drivers as the 95' ecu so hopefully it will be easier to source replacement parts.
