I know it is possible to fry your ISC driver on the ecu. But, is it possible to fix it? Replace the driver? Also, does anyone have a pic of the driver for a 2G eprom? I want to open my ECU up and see, again, if i can find any issues. Cause for some reason no matter what I have tried I can't seem to get my high idle down. It doesnt surge, its just high, 2000-2500. I have down boost leak tests and a leak down test. Found a couple of boost leaks and I fixed them. The leak down was good and my compression is 175,175,174,174. I am out of ideas here and any help would be thankful.

Your ISC drivers IC's can be replaced. The easiest way to source them is from a donor ecu. I bought an eprom that the isc drivers were fried and pulled them from a donor ecu. If they are blown, they will either look partially melted or burnt. The leading culprit of a fried isc IC is a shorted ISC. So your best bet is to replace it with a known good one before hand.

The process of replacing sounds easy, howerver most ISC drivers tend to blow traces in the ecu and you gotta fix that too. Unless you have some experience it's not worth messing with a RARE 95 eprom. Send it in to an expert...it won't cost much to get the job done right, and it pays off in the long run. I usualy charge my friends 30-$40 with their parts, but I'm far from being an expert, I need second opinions too sometimes...
Yep, very good point to check your ISC for a short...
