Bad dealing with 2 dsm vendors

The first is horrible, from TRE. asked a simple question before I was making a purchase and got a J/O answer.

Also again with extremepsi, at first not so bad but then it gets a little old.

So they ship it out regular ground 7days to get here, when i clearly ordered it 3day. So I write em an email asking whats going on. He calls me tuesday morning, sorry mr. fulmer we can refund the shippping or go retrieve it and ship out 2nd day air. I say it would be nice to have them by the weekend. Thursday comes and I have no t/o bearing so I call that evening right after opening the box and then again friday only to get a voicemail near closing time. but dont worry i got that recorded too, check it out

needless to say i lost it on friday after getting this kind of service from 2 vendors. Hopefully extreme can make this right and I will remove all of this.

Seems like nice enough people, but im just working on a budget and when i dont get parts and my only time to wrench is typically weekends, this irks me.
 
Even the best vendors can't get everything right all the time. Give ExtremePsi a little bit of a break, at least they are trying to make things right. I've never had any problems with them.

I don't know what to say about the other guy though..
 
Damm that sucks for not getting your TOB in your package on time,the same thing happend to me once on a order of arp turbo bolts,but extremepsi sent me a set next day.Just give them an email/another call monday, you should get your part,btw great video with those 2 comments:thumb:



Extremepsi is a great company
 
Please do not post vendor reviews on this site. That's what the vendors-reviewed website is for.
