Uh so my trunk is leaking water. I open it up and the gray cover inside below the window just pours out water like it was holding it in there then i lifted it up and it poured out. im not sure how waters getting under that over.:banghead: p.s its rain water.

its probably the inner seal on the hatch window( aka turnk) and its storing in the interior covers.

2 options
find a new hatch get it painted to match car
or
call safe lite or another glass repair shop and have them replace the seals.

Id go with the 2nd option it cost me $105 and no more water fall in the back of the hatch or on the back seats.

My hatch collects water in the same spot.On mine it is the windshield wiper seal underneath the wing,I haven't torn it apart yet to see if its torn or not.Probably just dry rotted, old age or whatever.

Make sure the drain holes aren't plugged up. Not sure how the 1G is setup, but I've read that this can be an issue on the 2G.
