how much are you willing to pay? Mine works fine except under high rpms it won't go into 4th ... if you put it in gently then it goes in fine. Other than that no problems.
 
Depends on whats its worth to you, I've paid as little as 200 bucks for a first gen AWD, and 300 for a 2nd gen AWD. Both had bad 2nd gear synchros. Easy fixes for the money.
