I had done my clutch about 600miles ago and my slave and master were done before I did my clutch(Exedy OEM replacement, Act Xact Flywheel, OEM TOB) and didn't have any problems with the tranny after that. Recently the car started to grind/notchy when I put the car in 1st from neutral. I adjusted the clutch pedal and rod as much as possible and am heading out to check out my slave cylinder.

Now when I say notchy I mean that when I go to slide it in first the shifter feels like Im trying to slide something into a gear that's already rotating. What can be there problem or where should I start

It could be your syncros in 1st gear. My tranny will shift smoothly when sitting still into 1st. But, if the car is moving it doesn't want to go into 1st, really grinds. I know mine is the syncro in 1st gear. Hope this helps:rocks:

so upon inspection I noticed my tranny and block were separating because my bolt above the slave wasn't tight, also had to buy 2 new bolts for where the tranny bolts to the top of the block so now everything is nice and tight, also threw in my stainless steel clutch line, so hopefully all my problems will go away after I'm done bleeding the system
