did you get a flapper installed on the turbo at all? messing with the avc-r may fix it but a flapper on the turbo would help also.

a flapper
excuse my ignorance but what are you talking about

the 16g is one of the creepinist turbos they make.

what is your 02 housing situation?
with my avcr, i set the boost desired to 1.05 bar.
thats around 17 psi.
and then adjusted the s0olenoid duty cycle up until it would hit and stick.
i still creep past 5k rpm a few psi.

reset your avcr to factory settings, and start new,

mine doesn't hit and stick and presently my boost read is way off, which sucks
so just initialize and restart...ok
I have the buschur Big as #### O2 housing for internal wastegates

also, when i first installed mine, i had the lines off the solenoid running wrong, and boost was very erratic.

infrom the turbo outlet pipe nipple, and out to the wastage, 2 lines no more

thank you, you;ve been very helpfull
