AVC-R Tuning?

Please look in my profile for my mods........I have stock T-25 and other mods listed in the vehicle profile, If I up my boost to 17-18 psi just wondering what I should set the duty cycle to?

The T-25's efficiency curve drops off rapidly after 15PSI. Anything above that you're blowing really hot air. I would suggest tuning for 15 pounds to maximize the performance until you get another turbo. Even at 15 pounds you'll watch the boost fall back down after 5000RPMs to something lower... when i had the 25 at 7000rpms i was only boosting 10-11psi... if i remember correctly.

Get a 14B.. if you want to push 17-18psi.

well as helpful as that was ..... it still did not answer my question, is there no one that has a AVC-R and would like to tell me the settings that work best ......... even @ 15 psi.

i have the avc-r, but i have a 50 trim. if you ever upgrade, i can give you the settings.

Just installed mine and its not really that hard to set up. First check boost levels with the setting in the off position to verify everything and you can monitor the boost on the avcr to get a starting point. From what I understand the conversion is 14.22:1 so that may help you come up with a starting number. After seeing what you are running with the unit off start slowly raising the boost level and around 30% duty cylcle was a good starting point for me. I also noticed as you raise the boost level you generally need to raise the duty slightly.
