Hi I'm sorry to bother but i have a question. I just reinstalled my trans and torque converter and my problem is it wont go in any gear at all. When I took it out to do an engine swap the trans was perfect. Any help on why its not going into gear at all?
Thanks

Double check that you plug in all the connection harnesses.

Make sure you have the proper amount of fluid levels. (did you drain the converter? if so did you fill it back up???)

Did you bolt the converter back on??

Get someone looking at the transaxle and start to shift threw the gears and see if you notice the cable shifting the leaver.(brake on no gas)

Yes everything is pluged in correctly and it has the proper amount of fluid on the dipstick. Yea I drained the converter but did not put any fluid in it before I put the tranny on I thought you were supposed to run the shifter threw the gears to get fluid in it is this correct? the trans has no vibrations and yes i can see the shift linkage move so thats ok Thanks for the help

when you say engine swap did you do a 6bolt swap or a 7bolt replacement?? If you did the 6bolt swap did you get the kiggy kit from IPT???

When i did my trans replacement, at first mine did't want to do any thing, till the pump got the fluid moving and got the air out of the lines, i added just over 2gals for my fluid.
