I did an automatic to manual conversion on my 1999 eclipse gs, but I don't have a manual ecu. Is it possible to run the car with the original automatic ecu? I don't mind engine lights or codes, but will it even run?
Thanks

It will run fine. You will need to short the neutral bypass switch on the harness so the car will start though. If it isnt bypassed, the car will think it is in Drive and wont start.
