I have been searching but I get conflicting info. What does fluid my 95 AWD automatic transmission? I also want to know If I should change the filter out? I know some vehicle that it seems once you change the filter you get issues. I am just trying to catch my maintence up.

i have ran Castrol/Transmax ATF+4 automatic transmission fluid for years in my auto. But if you are able to go to John Deer you can use there HYGuard, there are plenty of racer that use it. And for the filter I would on use the OEM filter all of the aftermarket filter are missing a open on the front of the filter that is really needed to keep the trans alive.

when you change the fluid in the trans always replace the filter as well you don't want any debris from the old fluid to make it out into the new fluid causing problems, also this is my opinion for important things like transmissions and major parts that is along the lines as a heart for your car to stay running always go oem from factory not oem from auto part stores.

Thanks guys I would rather ask a DSMer then the local part stores.
