hi there i'm planning doing this Swap and i have bought these:
1G Manual ECU
5-speed pedal assembly
Clutch master cylinder
Shifter base with cables

I know i am missing the Complete Tranny but what else could i be missing?

Transmission
Clutch
Flywheel
Driver side half shaft
I would suggest replacing the throw out bearing and the pivot fork at the same time
Manual starter is needed with harness for it
Transfer case
Rear diff

Things that will help you

Uni-bit for drilling out holes
Drill with different size bits for making holes for master cylinder
Some paper ( thick ) for making an outline for the master cylinder
Some steel braided line with correct fittings for clutch line
engine hoist and a jack ( really useful )
You will need to reqire the nuetral switch and your reverse lights
locktite
torque wrench
bandaidse
pickle fork to remove the axles
hammer to remove the control arms

thats what I can come up with. I spent about 11 hours under the dash doing the work, you should do that first. Thats the hardest thing. Also, make sure that the master cylinder is set Flush with the firewall, if not, you will have nothing but problems. Take that from someone who has done a AT to MT Swap on a AWD. its not the easiest jobin the world but in my opinion, I would rather do another one of those then ever touch a waterpump again in my life. Rear Diff is the second thing to do.

Will the N/A shifer and shifter cables work with a turbo transmission? Also, can you attach a transfer case to the FWD transmission, or do you NEED an AWD transmission?

No you can't put a T-case on a FWD tranny, cause there is no sline shaft comming out of the tranny for the t case to go on to. So you have to have the AWD transmission.

Yeah I figured that. How about the n/a shifter and cables? Also, will the n/a master and slave clutch cylinders work with the turbo trans? (Dont see why not)
