i dont know how it works for the eclipses/talons, but when i did my swap, my inhibitor switch (the plug in the picture you took) didn't plug into the manual tranny anywhere. to let the car start, i had to connect the two big black wires on the inhibitor switch to each other, so the ECU thought the transmission was in PARK or NEUTRAL, thus allowing the starter motor to engage. when i did my auto to manual swap, the auto ECU could be either left in the car, or removed. there are no manual ECUs for me.

ok so if i unplug the auto Ecu this problem will disapear

honest answer: i dont know. cross the two big black wires on your inhibitor switch first, have you tried that? my car wouldn't start unless i did that.
